It's not
about being liberal or conservative anymore y'all. That is a hype offered by the fascist whores who want to confuse the people with lies while they turn this country into an aristocratic police state. Some people will say anything to attain power and money. There is no such thing as the Liberal Media, but the Corporate media is very real.
What you see below consists of two different sources of protein: 2 eggs cooked omelet style and a 200 gram ground beef patty that is 80% lean (20% fat). The sauce on the ground beef comes from a can of artichoke hearts, a can of hearts of palm stalks, and 8 ounces of cream cheese. I cooked the eggs in a half Tablespoon of lard with a Tablespoon of butter, rosemary, and two shakes of pepper. Then I melted an ounce of provolone cheese on top.
It was delicious but I think I added too much rosemary.
The macro-nutrient profile was 56.4 grams of protein, 73.2 grams of Fat, and 6.9 grams of Carbohydrates, bringing my food total for the day up to 92 grams of protein, 118 grams of Fat, and 26 grams of Carbohydrates. My Fat profile is also only 10% polyunsaturated, with the other 90% fairly even split between Saturated and Mono-unsaturated.
I also only got 100 milligrams (0.1 grams) of fructose which at 180,160 mg per mole is still about 1.1 million per body cell. I clicked on every ingredient in the database app I use and discovered 10 mg came from the black pepper, and 90 mg came from the jalapeno peppers in the sauerkraut I ate with my lunch. More than likely what will happen in my body is the fat will inhibit the fructose absorption and most of it will float down into my large intestine to be munched upon by my gut bacteria. When you eat foods high in fat and protein with a small amount of carbs, your body prioritizes the fat and protein as well as the micro-nutrient uptake of vitamins and minerals. The body only deals with the carbs forthright if it has too, otherwise it will push it down the line to be excreted or dealt with elsewhere.
That's my theory at least.

Dr. Robert Lufkin
Another testimony that the standard American Diet (SAD) and the low fat, whole "healthy" grains, avoid salt & saturated fat, eat fiber results in poor health outcomes. He speaks to my own personal experience, and then explains a proper understanding of human physiological processes like inflammation.
Foods you want to avoid: Grains, Seed/Vegetable oils, and Sugar.
Lillie mentions that she will eat (occasionally) traditional Sour Dough (fermentation process), soaked and sprouted oats, organic rice (in order to avoid the glyphosate). All grains in the United States have glyphosate.

LDL is not necessarily 'BAD'
This is Paul Mason giving you research and data-based science.
Beware of studies that purport to show benefit based only upon the proxy outcome of LDL. LDL going up or down is not correlative with bad health outcomes, and in fact, low LDL is related to worse health outcomes.

Jayne Buxton on the plant-based con
You should read her book, also called "The Plant-based Con".
No one is saying don't eat vegetables and fruits. However, propping up a false notion of human nutrition on misinformation and lies is not an act of rebellion or self-righteousness. The truth is always a mixture of what you don't understand and what you think you know, when in reality all of us are ignorant, holding fast to easy to think notions, when biology is much more complicated.
For instance, Calcium on it's own doesn't make bones stronger. Your bones are a complex hard organ that involves blood cell creation, storing of various minerals, and also creating protein based skeins that are filled out by calcium crystal structures. If you focus however on only calcium, your bones aren't just going to suddenly turn into sheaths of steel, because your body regulates the flow of calcium (and other minerals) as a result of different hormones and various other nutrients in proportions to the calcium. Vitamins K2, D3, and Magnesium need to be present in a proper ratio to facilitate the bones absorbing and placing the calcium, otherwise the calcium doesn't get into the bone. And if you have insufficient bio-available protein, the skeins of new bone won't occur.

Our ideas about diet are something counter-intuitive
One thing I learned from the video: 100 years ago, we only used chicken for the eggs, not the chicken meat. Unlike Turkeys, which were hunted for their meat. You don't want to eat meat that is too lean, because fat helps with the digestion of the protein.
If you eat a lot fat, a blood serum sample 2 or 3 hours later will not have a lot of fat, because your body packaged that fat you ate into Chylomicron Lipo-protein particles that floated around in the blood and deposited their fats to billions of cells. They are then picked up by the liver and repackaged, either into amino acids or other Lipo-protein carrier vessels to transport fats.
If however you eat a lot of Carbohydrates, your blood serum is filled with fats because your liver sends out LDL particles after converting the huge amount of glucose into fats. These fats are however largely stored into fat cells because the resulting elevated insulin is opening up the doors for stored fats and signaling to the body to burn the glucose over the fats in the blood. This kicks up the Randall Cycle, whereby cells lock the doors once they have received sufficient energy resources, thusly blocking out the fats in the blood. That's why eating carbohydrates increase the amount of fats in the blood.
