It's not
about being liberal or conservative anymore y'all. That is a hype offered by the fascist whores who want to confuse the people with lies while they turn this country into an aristocratic police state. Some people will say anything to attain power and money. There is no such thing as the Liberal Media, but the Corporate media is very real.
Dementia, High Blood Pressure, Stroke? Is this because of eating too much fat?
This is doctor Eric Berg's opinion/theory. He has been doing nutritional youtube vids for years.
Ask yourself, if Fat is so bad, why do you have a gall bladder, which stores bile so that it can squirt a massive amount of bile onto fat globules in order to break them down. Fat is the only macro-nutrient that is transported by the lymph system, because it is highly regulated by the body, and does not go directly into the blood stream (unless you have leaky gut syndrome). Proteins and carbohydrate/glucose molecules can and do go directly into the bloodstream, although proteins are more regulated because they need a transport mechanism to enter the epithelial cells of the small intestine. Nothing regulates glucose (sugar), and most carbohydrates, which are quickly broken down into glucose. Glucose goes straight into your blood stream, unless there is sufficient fiber and fat in the foods to inhibit the glucose uptake (or carbohydrate breakdown into glucose) until the food dumps into the large intestine where your gut bacteria can feast. This way eating an apple is different than drinking 8 fluid ounces of apple juice.
Who drinks 8 fluid ounces of apple juice anyway. Which is the problem with fruit juice. Not only do you get the lose of fiber, but you drink so much more than you ever would if you ate the raw fruit. Would you eat 10 apples? That is drinking 12 fluid ounces of apple juice. All the sugar and your body has trouble absorbing vitamins and minerals when present in a slew of glucose.

Fasting is historical
Big food, big pharma don't make money when you don't eat. Simple as that. Despite the fact that ancient history is replete with fasting as a normal method of good health.
This is Doctor Ken Berry, who actually reads research and evolves his practice over time. He has a plethora of short info-vids if this one ticks your curiousity.

The Ralph Nader weekly radio show
While he is still alive, you should listen to the regular weekly Ralph Nader Radio Show uploaded to youtube every Saturday morning.
This week's show is about "Reclaiming Democracy!" here is the source description:
Ralph welcomes Paul Deslauriers, who with a small dedicated group of fellow activists was able to take over the governing council in his home county of Maui, Hawaii. He’ll take us through that experience and explain how those same techniques can be scaled up to the national level. Plus, Constitutional scholar Bruce Fein and Ralph discuss why Donald Trump’s stonewalling of Congress is an impeachable offense.

Country above Party
Justin Amash, Republican from Michigan stands before the Congress IN SUPPORT of the articles of Impeachment.
Even invokes Alexander Hamilton from the Federalist Papers. Damn. I disagree with this guy on so many philosophical points, but I can always respect a true patriot who stands up for the country when he actually read the Mueller report, because in the end we are all Americans. Corrupting ourselves is one thing. Enabling foreign agents to corrupt our government is a complete different matter.
Just ask Mitchy Mac-D and his well connected Chinese Wife, Elaine Chao. Click here for a New York Times scoop on how current Department of Transportation Secretary funneled contracts to connected business interests.
Make's you wonder if the Chinese have Mitchy Mac-D in their pocket.

Irony is lost on the mindless
Rethuglicans are proud of their dismantling of government of,by, and for the people. Look at that sick smirk McConnell has when he proudly admits Obama couldn't fill Federal courts with judges because of his anti-constitutional obstruction. And did you catch the manner in which he spoke about handling the Impeachment process. Look at his eyes. This man is perverse to say the least.
Brian Tyler Cohen's commentary is exemplary here in his daily video-blog.

Democratic Legislator from California Harder confronts Betsy DeVos
Because Education is the new economic sector, so naturally this bigoted patrician is "offended" when she is confronted by the truth of her reality.
