It's not
about being liberal or conservative anymore y'all. That is a hype offered by the fascist whores who want to confuse the people with lies while they turn this country into an aristocratic police state. Some people will say anything to attain power and money. There is no such thing as the Liberal Media, but the Corporate media is very real.
These people are so clueless that they don't realize when they say something that completely destroys their credibility. Trump's children are all involved in various monetary schemes, just listen to the first 20 seconds of this video. Then watch as the inimitable Brian Tyler Cohen completely lays out the facts and utterly hoists these people on the petard of their own hypocrisy.
This is the same Kevin McCarthy who opened his mouth 3 years ago.
KIEV, Ukraine — A month before Donald Trump clinched the Republican nomination, one of his closest allies in Congress — House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy — made a politically explosive assertion in a private conversation on Capitol Hill with his fellow GOP leaders: that Trump could be the beneficiary of payments from Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"There's two people I think Putin pays: Rohrabacher and Trump," McCarthy (R-Calif.) said, according to a recording of the June 15, 2016, exchange, which was listened to and verified by The Washington Post. Rep. Dana Rohrabacher is a Californian Republican known in Congress as a fervent defender of Putin and Russia.
House Speaker Paul D. Ryan (R-Wis.) immediately interjected, stopping the conversation from further exploring McCarthy's assertion, and swore the Republicans present to secrecy.

The differences between Viruses & Bacteria
Excellent explanation.

90 percent
This shit blows me away within the first 2 minutes. 90% of our genes are the result of bacterial and viral invasions. This is back in August 2017, just so you know that it's not pandemic spew from the recent coronavirus.
At around timestamp 2:00
What makes us different [from monkeys and apes] is the bacteria and viruses ... that live in us. And you can actually show when humans evolved from the great apes because the bacteria actually changed ... The bacteria made us rather than our genes made us.

Dr. Gundry on the coronavirus
Dr. Gundry discusses the gut biome as the first line of defense against viruses, and mentions how "sugar, or anything - like bread - that turns into sugar" has the most deleterious affects on our bodies natural immune system.
At the timestamp of 17:00 Dr. Gundy answers the question, "How can you support your immune system so that you are less susceptible to the virus?"
Answer:
Make sure you have an abundance of Vitamin D3. The University of California San Diego says the RDA is 10,000 IU. Dr. Gundry himself takes 150,000 IU a day for 3 days whenever he feels like he has flu-ish symptoms.
Based upon research from Linus Pauling, and anecdotal experience's from Dr. Gundry's practice : Intravenous (IV) Vitamin C or timed-released Vitamin C capsules or the 500mg chewable Vitamin C tablets
Mushrooms
Sunlight is the best way to generate Vitamin D, at least a half-hour each day.
By the way, orange juice is the worst way to get vitamin C because the sugar competes with the Vitamin C in uptake by the cells. Bell Peppers, Broccoli, artichokes, and Sauerkraut are better sources of Vitamin C.

Voter Suppression is subtle but effective
Ralph invites filmmaker, Robert Greenwald, to talk about his new film, “Suppressed: The Fight to Vote,” about all the creative ways Republicans use to discourage people of color from voting. And the University of Redlands’, Shelli Stockton, joins us to promote the “tree plant-a-thon” organized in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Earth Day. Plus, Ralph talks Super Tuesday!

Fat and Your body
This is Dr. Sten Ekberg.

If you look at any animal ... there is an irregular food supply. There is not refrigerators ... They don't have 3 plus meals plus snacks and neither did humans until very very recently.
Our ignorance of these Macro-nutrients is likely manufactured because the revenue from selling bad food and false food narratives is enormous.

The real corruption scandal
Don't you Love those Saudi's and Kuwait's paying ten's of thousands of dollars for rooms at Trump hotels on a regular basis. Smells like patriotism and business acumen to me.
For some insight into how the Democratic party establishment guts populist candidates in the primary, this year has provided excellent examples. First it was the insider tech app that not only made insider networks money, but was also a complete failure. Now it's playing games that the mainstream media will not cover, and therefore will remain unknown to the ill-informed public.
That voters in Texas’ largest county were forced to wait several hours to cast ballots on Tuesday was rightfully derided as unacceptable — and even as an example of voter suppression, given that some of longest lines were in minority neighborhoods.
...
Some of the most troublesome polling places were on college campuses, like Texas Southern University, where voters reported waiting an hour just to get into the building and then another several hours to actually vote. (Anyone who was in line by 7 p.m., the time polls officially closed, was allowed to vote, election officials stressed.) The last person to cast a ballot at TSU reportedly waited seven hours, leaving the vote center in the early hours of the next morning.

Why is this an ongoing issue?
For those who say otherwise, what if the puppet masters own the establishment of both parties, and then use them to play the good cop, bad cop game? What if the media mouth-pieces are there to frame the argument along the same narrative and convince the ignorant masses of the meme that is being promoted to ensure the status quo?

Bernie is strong
The hired word merchants will make you think that "electability" is about whatever meme or narrow frame they want to squeeze into reality. Why are repentant Republican's being paraded all over the media telling non-Republican's how to vote?
Oh ... because the corporate media hires them.
Excuse me, but you fuckers corrupted and demolished the integrity of your own party, why the fuck do you think you have any credibility whatsoever?
You beat fake grassroots with the real thing. Every single time. The DNC elites think promoting a generic political insider to play the role of public servant is somehow equivalent. Sad. Because it really is all about voter turn-out. Nearly 45% of the eligible voters do not vote and the vast majority of them will vote if there actually was a candidate who spoke for their interests. This is why Obama won. He was able to convince marginal voters that he spoke to their interests, so they voted.

The Melodic Minor Jazz Scale
If you are into jazz guitar, Jens Larsen is an excellent resource. Here he explains how to use the Melodic Minor scale within Jazz Progressions.
The Melodic Minor is exactly the same as the Major scale EXCEPT it has a flat third.
I don't understand music in the same way, so Jens is refreshing for me.
