It's not about being liberal or conservative anymore y'all. That is a hype offered by the fascist whores who want to confuse the people with lies while they turn this country into an aristocratic police state. Some people will say anything to attain power and money. There is no such thing as the Liberal Media, but the Corporate media is very real.

I bring you Mike Malloy

A 4 page summary does not do a 300 page report any justice.

I love Samantha Bee

These assholes cut taxes for the wealthy in the belief that the wealthy invest in society that is functional to the larger macroscopic society. Then they act all statesmen-like and conservative by saying they have to be economical and cut government investment (which they call spending) in the larger macroscopic society. The belief that the patriarchs of any social order automatically make the best investment choices for the larger macroscopic society is ... however ... flawed.

Some wealthy families and persons understand the larger macroscopic picture that connects the wealth of a society and the distribution of wealth within a society. Other patriarchs are more microscopic, viewing wealth acquisition as an inherent right or an indication (proof) of their merit, because they worked hard, made the right choices, and so deserve their claim to a larger proportion of the society's production. Being better positioned to understand the future of investment choices, the notion is that less taxes on the wealthy promotes smart and functional social growth.

Which is wierd because nothing in the historical past would ever give anyone a reason to believe this fallacy. The modern nation state that evolved from the rural/tribal economy had to deal with a vast majority of people who did not work on farms and either lived in cities or worked in a part of the economy that was not agricultural in origin. When the mass of the social order was based upon agriculture and small artisan production, as was the case before the industrial revolution, local political regimes were more relevant, although they did mesh within the larger statehood that did exist since ancient times. However, the transportation and communication facilities at the time inhibited the potential control management systems that now exist in the modern world. Hence in the modern world the owning classes squeeze the lower orders of the economic system and hide it behind some stale philosophical sophistry.

This is why government investment is necessary in order to make the larger environment function for the whole.

Greenland's ice sheet

Greenland's ice sheets locks up 12% of the Earth's glacier ice. Click here for the Encyclopedia Britannica article.

Even at only 2% of the World's Water supply water also expands when it melts, so that 12 percent will affect a larger percentage of Volume to the current ocean water. 200 feet sea level rise is considered by most climate scientists to be the minimum.

Click to timestamp 10:44 to see a time lapse with color of how quickly Greenland's ice is melting.

Click here for a curiosity article on 70% of the Earth's fresh water is frozen. There is even a video from "Business Insider" of what the world would look like if all the ice melted. OMG a whole patch of the Southeastern United States is underwater, including all of Florida.

We are in the midst of an atmosphere chemical change created by the burning of fossil fuels over the last 200 years. The result of which is acidifying the oceans and melting all of the ice.

Nutrient Dense Foods, Paleo vs. Keto Diets

These days, the ancient "Low-Fat" diet is becoming recognized for what it always has been -- a fad diet. In fact, the "Low-Fat" diet might be the most destructive fad diet in human history. Before Ancel Keys hijacked the American Heart Association on behalf of the Vegetable oil industry (look it up), American diets were more than 50% fat. Pastas and breads were seen as uniquely fattening rather than a "heart-healthy" diet option. The breakfast consisted of Bacon and eggs with lard laden biscuits or butter encrusted oatmeal, rather than grains based cereals (with or without sugars) and milk. Look at the recipe books printed before World War One. Lard and meats were half of the meal, and vegetables were salted and/or soaked, or fermented before they were considered consumable.

The modern food industry is about selling cheap processed foods and rancid oils to a public that is ignorant of reliable knowledge about real human nutrition. Those of us who have broken through the mythology and lies now live healthier lives. Called Paleo or Keto, these diets are not fad diets, but rather merely consist of getting back to pre-industrial food industry habits of eating foods not contained in cans, cardboard, or plastic.

This video featuring Dr. Nick Sudano defines the differences between Keto and Paleo. For the record, the way I eat is Paleo. I focus on Nutrient Dense Carb based foods and eat healthy fats and good sources of Protein. I analyze the mineral and vitamin content, as well as the type of fats and spectrum of proteins of all the foods I eat using the website nutritionvalue.org as a reference.

Dr. Joel Fuhrman created an index in 2017 ranking Nutrient Dense foods called ANDI (Aggregate Nutrient Density Index) to show how popular foods stack up in terms of micronutrient density per calorie. The more nutrient-dense food you consume, the more you will be satisfied with fewer calories.

The index of Nutrient Dense foods is located here.

Beau on the Confederate Flag

This is Beau discussing a phenomenal understanding of Southern Racism and why the Confederate Flag used is inherently racist.

Beau makes a cogent and compelling argument, is disarming, and polite -- but he calls out the racism and racial violence for exactly what it is. Racism and racial violence are despicable and unworthy of our great nation. It is a scourge indicative of a dysfunctional society because we are out of balance. The economic system has devolved into thoughtless, short-sighted exploitation, and the elites would rather foment racial psychopathy then enable a more harmonious society. As such they make up fake villains, and hire propagandists to trout out the memes to keep the subjugated classes fighting one another.

For example, did you know what almost everyone perceives as the Confederate flag (the blue diagonal cross with stars with 4 red triangles on the edges) is actually the Flag of the Army of the Confederacy -- not the flag of the Confederate "nation".

This is the Flag of "The Confederate States of America."

This is the Confederate Battle Flag of the military.

Hence those who display the Confederate Battle flag are actually displaying a military flag. As Beau states in the video dialogue, the confederate battle flag was first put on the flag of the state of Georgia 2 years after the supreme court decision of Brown vs. the Kansas Board of Education. It's a display to remind the blacks to keep their place, a reminder of the horrific past of white sheets, lynchings, church bombings and racially motivated massacres.

A Doctor who knows the brain

Dr David Perlmutter is profound in this dialogue. He dispels a lot of common myths and enlightens a greater understanding on the relationship between the gut, the food you eat, and the microbiological organisms that live in the gut. This video is a must see.

He has a you tube channel

Here are a few interviews with amazing information about real nutritional advice.

I love Randi Rhodes

A reminder, @ the 7:45 Mark ...

I have (uh) President Putin, he just said it's not Russia. I will say this, I don't see any reason why it would be ...

Except that every single National Security person in the government (Sally Yates, look it up) says otherwise.

Notice the pre-phrase "I will say this".

I have (uh) a gun, and I did not fire the gun. I will say this, I don't see any reason why I would have fired the gun.

Oh, but that dead body called American Democracy is laying flat right before the eyes of every single American who looks. Thankfully 75% of the country sees reality.

Do innocent people pre-phrase their sentences with "I will say this" ? That's legal talk. That's what knowingly guilty people do in order to message the minds of the willing receptors. It is a fence for mental rambling with self-justifying redemption. You accuse me of something. I deny it. Then I speak to the accusation as if I'd like to meet you half the way with a phrase called "I will say this" and then conclude that I don't see any reason why the accusation should apply, without ever systematically addressing the points made as to why the accusations should apply.
