It's not about being liberal or conservative anymore y'all. That is a hype offered by the fascist whores who want to confuse the people with lies while they turn this country into an aristocratic police state. Some people will say anything to attain power and money. There is no such thing as the Liberal Media, but the Corporate media is very real.

The clotting theory of Atherosclerosis

Dr. Paul Mason explains a more thorough and nuanced theory that better explains what is known about the atherosclerotic plaques found in the arteries.

One thing I always found interesting about this, the plaques occur in the arteries, not the veins. So I did a google, and got this explanation

It does, but not to the extent that it does in your arteries. The veins have no muscles in their structure and are consequently compliant. They swell when they have to, and flattened out when needed. Arteries have muscles in their structure, and can spasm, and contain much higher pressure then veins. 200 mm Hg versus 20mm Hg for veins. The build up of atrosclerotic plaque is much more significant in the arteries as they supply the cells with oxygen rich blood while the veins take it away.

The arteries are lined with epithelium to smooth out their lining so as not to damage the red blood cells flowing through them. High blood pressure damages these linings, and plaque begins to stick, and build up in these damaged areas. Autopsies on young men 17–19 years old killed during the Korean conflict 1950–1953 showed that they were already beginning to have this build up in their arteries. Diet was indicated at that time, but only this year has the American Medical Association admitted that cardiometabolic disease is moderated predominantly by diet.

Hmm. So I suppose the plaque build up in the arteries would have to be significant for their to become a problem in the venous system.

Today's Mark Twain quote

Mark Twain, Samuel Clemens, was from Missouri. He spent some time in California and San Francisco working writing for the newspapers in the 1860's. His famed Tom Sawyer character was apparently a San Francisco fireman with whom he would hang out with.

It is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled

You can't make this stuff up

Former Trump and Rudy Giuliani associate Lev Parnas gave absolutely damning testimony about his role in finding dirt on President Biden, under their instruction.

It's almost always the people who scream the most about the corrupt government that are themselves more corrupt than the government of which they accuse. You castigate others of what you yourself do in spades like liars keep moving on to the next lie over and over again because humility will never arrive when you are engineered to chase aggrandizement.

Speed Cameras are coming to San Francisco

The state legislature passed a law to allow certain California urban areas to instill speed detector cameras if certain unsafe criteria conditions ( number of accidents, pedestrian deaths, sample size of motorist speeds over a time interval) is met. If you live in San Francisco somewhere, you might recall those wires strapped over the roads recently. That was the getting a sample size part of the motorist speeds part of the protocol that the law laid out.

The city has thusly narrowed down a list of certain intersections and areas of the vehicle transportation infrastructure where Speed cameras are installed.

Here is the link where SFMTA gives the list of the winnowed down 33 locations.

I got inspired and used my ipad to mark up a map of these locations all over the city.

Speed camera locations.png

Interestingly enough, there are no camera's on 19th Avenue, California, or Sunset. 19th isn't a Federal Highway.

Just to be clear, I'm not being critical here because from what I read the folks making these decisions were using reliable data. I am using the word interesting in the literal sense, in that nowhere on 19th or Sunset was there enough data to support being a part of the final 33 locations. Or maybe the negotiation down from the larger group to the current thirty-three had some affect.

Once these video feeds become available, the large bureaucracies will have access to video archives. The current trigger is a radar detection of 11 miles per hour over the speed limit. However, the cameras can be active 24 hours a day merely by changing a setting, so once they are installed for the purpose of limiting dangerous driving, they become available for an evolving purpose and possibility.

I have mixed feelings about this. My sentiment is that you could just as well install 2 cop squads at each of those intersections during the relevant time zones. I get that technology makes these lower level incidents more effectively enforced, thereby releasing 1 of the 2 cop squads to focus on other important issues, but I don't know. How sure are we that these speed devices are only recording when drivers are exceeding the stated speed limit by at least 11 miles per hour?

What I ate for dinner tonight

What you see below consists of two different sources of protein: 2 eggs cooked omelet style and a 200 gram ground beef patty that is 80% lean (20% fat). The sauce on the ground beef comes from a can of artichoke hearts, a can of hearts of palm stalks, and 8 ounces of cream cheese. I cooked the eggs in a half Tablespoon of lard with a Tablespoon of butter, rosemary, and two shakes of pepper. Then I melted an ounce of provolone cheese on top.

IMG_5104.jpg

It was delicious but I think I added too much rosemary.

The macro-nutrient profile was 56.4 grams of protein, 73.2 grams of Fat, and 6.9 grams of Carbohydrates, bringing my food total for the day up to 92 grams of protein, 118 grams of Fat, and 26 grams of Carbohydrates. My Fat profile is also only 10% polyunsaturated, with the other 90% fairly even split between Saturated and Mono-unsaturated.

I also only got 100 milligrams (0.1 grams) of fructose which at 180,160 mg per mole is still about 1.1 million per body cell. I clicked on every ingredient in the database app I use and discovered 10 mg came from the black pepper, and 90 mg came from the jalapeno peppers in the sauerkraut I ate with my lunch. More than likely what will happen in my body is the fat will inhibit the fructose absorption and most of it will float down into my large intestine to be munched upon by my gut bacteria. When you eat foods high in fat and protein with a small amount of carbs, your body prioritizes the fat and protein as well as the micro-nutrient uptake of vitamins and minerals. The body only deals with the carbs forthright if it has too, otherwise it will push it down the line to be excreted or dealt with elsewhere.

That's my theory at least.

Dr. Robert Lufkin

Another testimony that the standard American Diet (SAD) and the low fat, whole "healthy" grains, avoid salt & saturated fat, eat fiber results in poor health outcomes. He speaks to my own personal experience, and then explains a proper understanding of human physiological processes like inflammation.

Foods you want to avoid: Grains, Seed/Vegetable oils, and Sugar.

Lillie mentions that she will eat (occasionally) traditional Sour Dough (fermentation process), soaked and sprouted oats, organic rice (in order to avoid the glyphosate). All grains in the United States have glyphosate.

LDL is not necessarily 'BAD'

This is Paul Mason giving you research and data-based science.

Beware of studies that purport to show benefit based only upon the proxy outcome of LDL. LDL going up or down is not correlative with bad health outcomes, and in fact, low LDL is related to worse health outcomes.
