about being liberal or conservative anymore y'all. That is a hype offered by the fascist whores who want to confuse the people with lies while they turn this country into an aristocratic police state. Some people will say anything to attain power and money. There is no such thing as the Liberal Media, but the Corporate media is very real.
These days, the ancient "Low-Fat" diet is becoming recognized for what it always has been -- a fad
diet. In fact, the "Low-Fat" diet might be the most destructive fad diet in human history. Before
Ancel Keys hijacked the American Heart Association on behalf of the Vegetable oil industry (look it
up), American diets were more than 50% fat. Pastas and breads were seen as uniquely
rather than a "heart-healthy" diet option. The breakfast consisted of Bacon and eggs with lard
laden biscuits or butter encrusted oatmeal, rather than grains based cereals (with or without
sugars) and milk. Look at the recipe books printed before World War One. Lard and meats were half
of the meal, and vegetables were salted and/or soaked, or fermented before they were considered
The modern food industry is about selling cheap processed foods and rancid oils to a public that is
ignorant of reliable knowledge about real human nutrition. Those of us who have broken through the
mythology and lies now live healthier lives. Called Paleo or Keto, these diets are not fad diets,
but rather merely consist of getting back to pre-industrial food industry habits of eating foods not
contained in cans, cardboard, or plastic.
This video featuring Dr. Nick Sudano defines the differences between Keto and Paleo. For the
record, the way I eat is Paleo. I focus on Nutrient Dense Carb based foods and eat healthy fats and
good sources of Protein. I analyze the mineral and vitamin content, as well as the type of fats and
spectrum of proteins of all the foods I eat using the website nutritionvalue.org as a reference.
Dr. Joel Fuhrman created an index in 2017 ranking Nutrient Dense foods called ANDI (Aggregate Nutrient
Density Index) to show how popular foods stack up in terms of micronutrient density per calorie. The
more nutrient-dense food you consume, the more you will be satisfied with fewer calories.
This is Beau discussing a phenomenal understanding of Southern Racism and why the Confederate Flag
used is inherently racist.
Beau makes a cogent and compelling argument, is disarming, and polite -- but he calls out the racism
and racial violence for exactly what it is. Racism and racial violence are despicable and
unworthy of our great nation. It is a scourge indicative of a dysfunctional society because we are
out of balance. The economic system has devolved into thoughtless, short-sighted exploitation, and
the elites would rather foment racial psychopathy then enable a more harmonious society. As such
they make up fake villains, and hire propagandists to trout out the memes to keep the subjugated
classes fighting one another.
For example, did you know what almost everyone perceives as the
Confederate flag (the blue diagonal cross with stars with 4 red triangles on the edges) is actually
the Flag of the Army of the Confederacy -- not the flag of the Confederate "nation".
This is the Flag of "The Confederate States of America."
This is the Confederate Battle Flag of the military.
Hence those who display the Confederate Battle flag are actually displaying a military flag. As
Beau states in the
video dialogue, the confederate battle flag was first put on the flag of the state of Georgia 2
years after the supreme court decision of Brown vs. the Kansas Board of Education. It's a display to
remind the blacks to keep their place, a reminder of the horrific past of white sheets, lynchings,
church bombings and racially motivated massacres.

I Love Dr. Ken Berry
And not just because of his Tennessee accent. :-)

A Doctor who knows the brain
Dr David Perlmutter is profound in this dialogue. He dispels a lot of common myths and enlightens a
greater understanding on the relationship between the gut, the food you eat, and the microbiological
organisms that live in the gut. This video is a must see.
Here are a few interviews with amazing information about real nutritional advice.

I love Randi Rhodes
A reminder, @ the 7:45 Mark ...
I have (uh) President Putin, he just said it's not Russia. I will say this, I don't see any reason
why it would be ...
Except that every single National Security person in the government (Sally Yates, look it up) says
Notice the pre-phrase "I will say this".
I have (uh) a gun, and I did not fire the gun. I will say this, I don't see any reason why I would
have fired the gun.
Oh, but that dead body called American Democracy is laying flat right before the eyes of every
single American who looks. Thankfully 75% of the country sees reality.
Do innocent people pre-phrase their sentences with "I will say this" ? That's legal talk. That's
what knowingly guilty people do in order to message the minds of the willing receptors. It is a
fence for mental rambling with self-justifying redemption. You accuse me of something. I deny it.
Then I speak to the accusation as if I'd like to meet you half the way with a phrase called "I will
say this" and then conclude that I don't see any reason why the accusation should apply, without
ever systematically addressing the points made as to why the accusations should apply.

Thom Hartmann speaks to relevance
Thom has been a radio talk show host speaking truth and intelligence for more than 20 years. I used
to listen to his radio show regularly throughout the Dubya Bush years.

I love Alexandria Ocasio Cortez
You go girl.
The marginal tax rate inhibits the tendencies of the capitalist economic system to gradually
accelerate the accumulation of wealth into ever smaller narrower channels. History is riddled with
social systems rife with inequality, which is why the triangle symbol has long been used to
represent the upside down nature of the human condition in large social systems. Using government as
for the various aggregate social issues is more efficient for certain sectors of society, but
various interests benefit from the status quo, and when money can be used to compromise sane
national policy decisions, you can bet your last dollar that is exactly what will occur.

People are one paycheck away from impoverishment
They trot out the low unemployment rate, but ignore the aggregate lack of wealth accumulation.
addition to other data points that are more relevant to the actual economic health of the social system
(healthcare expenses, consumer debt, college debt, house ownership distributions, rising rents).
But I digress,
Brace yourself for the 5:48 mark where you hear a gleefully positive Trump Economic Advisor speak of
the current government
furloughs due to Herr Trumps temper tantrum. He blithely speaks of the timing over the holidays
with vacation time, and then without shame states that once the government reopens they will get
their back pay
and it will all be "a wash".
Oh my F*!!ing god.
One of the comments below the video struck my fancy
Republicans colluded with Russian mafia to get absolute power, and end democracy.
Which I agree is really extreme, but given how insane and borderline psychotic some of them have
been acting (#WheresMitch), it does make you wonder if the Russians have "Compromat" on more than a
few Republican politicians. I wonder what the Koch brothers think.

You have to learn how to change
I confronted a fellow at a cafe that I have encountered for about a year now. He would say hello
and speak with every single customer if I was waiting in line. He would also often engage in
pronounced conversations with the other customers. Then it would come my turn, and he just reaches
out his hand and says nothing to me, often not even looking at me with his eyes.
This didn't bother me personally. Why should I give a shit that some barista acknowledges me? But
as a student of human psychology, the behavior was obvious. I could analyze but it would be only
speculation. No one really ever knows why other people you vaguely know do what they do, and any
attempt at interpretation is bound to fall victim to your own internalized biases and personal issues.
Would this be a one time thing, I would just push it aside. But it was happening every single time,
and I recently just ran into the guy at a neighborhood bar when I went to the bank ATM and saw him
and a few friends hanging out. So this morning, once again, for perhaps the twentieth time, it
happens. I am
waiting behind four other customers and he is personable to all of them, but is silent when I arrive
with his hand extended for me to give him my Contigo coffee mug, not looking at me at all.
I ask in a purposefully meak voice: "You say hello to everyone else ... but me?" He immediately
moved his eyes up to meet mine. His response was that he was tired, and then I replied, "I mean it's
all good, I was just wondering ... Okay ... no worries."
Some people might be offended when you inquire about things of this nature. My view is that I could
just keep my thoughts to myself, and just assume my own views about these matters. After all, the
thoughts are happening regardless I vocally say anything. However, I had enough respect for this
fellow that I asked him
what is up in the most inoffensive way I could. I gave him an opportunity to tell me or at least
let him know how I was perceiving our current interactions.
This is how you think when you are comfortable with yourself. When you are insecure or unsettled
however, you perceive antagonism or degradation through the prism of your mind. Which is why you
have to change your way of thinking. That way how your mind processes events is largely up to you.
Events are going to happen. They are not going to change. Sometimes life is unjust and unfair.
But you are still going to be living in the aftermath these events, so how you adapt and evolve is
for your own mental health, in addition to being the most beneficial path for all individuals concerned.
